I tried the Angel Food Cake recipe I found in the Nutrimill booklet. Yummy!!
¾ c soft white pastry flour
½ t salt
¼ c cornstarch
1½ t cream of tartar
2¼ c powdered sugar
12 large egg whites
1 t vanilla or almond extract
Put flour, salt, cornstarch, & 1¼ c sugar in small bowl. Stir until well mixed. Set aside. Separate egg whites from yolks & put whites and cream of tartar in Bosch bowl. Whip on speed 3 until whites stand in peaks. Turn to low speed & gradually add the remaining cup of sugar & flavoring. Stop mixer and sprinkle 1/3 of flour mixture. Blend for just a second. Add second 1/3 of flour mixture. Blend slightly. Add last of the flour mixture and blend only until thoroughly mixed. Pour into angel food pan and bake 30 - 35 minutes at 375. Invert pan to cool.
