Bread Classes

Our Bread Classes are a wealth of information on how to incorporate whole grains into your lifestyle. We generally make two batches of bread so each student sees the process twice. We devour the first batch as pizza & bread and transform the second batch into take & bake cinnamon rolls. Everyone is welcome to come either for a refresher course or those learning how to make bread for the first time. Many ladies attend to rekindle their resolve to use their Bosch & mill and to improve their bread making skills. Please bring a pie plate for your cinnamon rolls & an 'unprocessed, whole' pizza topping. (I'll use a couple of Bosch attachments to grate the cheese & prepare the veggies for the pizza.) We always have a great time meeting new friends & feasting on God's delicious bounty.

Anchorage Classes

For all you Anchorage dwellers, don't feel left out with all the Palmer classes. I am very excited to announce our new associate, Kim Sears, will be holding classes in the Anchorage area for us. Another home school bread baker, you will love her infectious smile and enthusiasm for whole grains. Give her a call for more information and to reserve a spot in the next class - 929-0946. You'll be glad you did. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, Kim is planning on a weekly gathering.

Palmer Classes

Please call to reserve a spot for each Palmer class - 745-5639.

Bread Class - MONDAY, July 14th at 1:30 and, also at 6:30 PM here in our home
Anyone desiring to learn is more than welcome to attend. This is a great opportunity to get reinspired to use your Nutrimill and Bosch. Bring a friend and share all the wonderful advantages of whole grain bread baking. We will make pizza, hot cereal and cinnamon rolls along with the bread. Just bring a pie plate for take home cinnamon rolls, your favorite unprocessed pizza topping, like a chunk of cheese or a whole vegetable (let me do the chopping and shredding), and an appetite. We teach about the wonderful benefits of whole grains, whip up fresh hot cereal, and sample it all!
