Grilled or Baked Salmon
Shake in a jar:
¼ c each lemon juice, soy sauce, oil
1 t each ginger, dry mustard, & garlic salt
¼ t paprika
Pour over de-slimed salmon fillets or steaks. Cover with lemon pepper, lemon
& onion slices. Marinade for 1 HOUR ONLY. Bake or grill until it flakes.
Serve hot.
