AMARANTH ~ tiny powerful grain from Central America, a complete protein as well as significant source of 8 minerals & 5 vitamins! May lower cholesterol, blood pressure, & reduce hyper tension. 

BARLEY ~ grown all over the world, great source of multiple nutrients, barley helps to regulate blood sugar. Jesus shared barley loaves with thousands! 

BUCKWHEAT ~ a relative to rhubarb, buckwheat grows in Russia eastward through Asia. Buckwheat. Excellent heart health & diabetes manager!

CHIA SEEDS ~ energy food, ancient runners were sustained by chewing on chia. 

Allison has multiple ideas up her sleeves like barley soup, chia pudding, popped amaranth, & buckwheat pancakes.
