You will leave, feeling empowered to preserve your own food for the winter! Canning is easier than you think. Just follow the safety measures, you CAN do it! Back in 2017, we offered a two day event:

Preserving the good things in life because you CAN... and FREEZE... and DEHYDRATE.
Pick up one of those notebooks at the class for an extra $10.
Please bring pint size or smaller jars, being certain they are actual canning jars with the rings & fresh lids. Take home preserved food, quick meals for the family.
We'll serve lunch from my own stash of canned goods. So tasty & easy!
$50/ person for the 6 hour class. Attend 4 classes & come to the 5th one free.
